India Blockchain Week

About the event

India Blockchain Week is the flagship gathering of the Indian Web3 ecosystem, hosted by Hashed Emergent, and in 2026 it anchors a week of more than 50 events that includes Devcon 8 and ETHGlobal programming. The two-day IBW conference opens the week at the Fairmont Mumbai, followed by side events, workshops and community parties across the city. The timing is deliberate: landing immediately before Devcon turns Mumbai into a single extended developer and investor corridor in early November. India has one of the largest developer populations in the world and a retail base that has grown despite an unfavourable tax regime, which makes this the practical entry point for teams evaluating the market rather than reading about it. Ticket demand is lower than the Singapore or Dubai circuit, so this is one of the cheaper weeks to run a proper presence.
