The Challenge
PublicAI is a decentralized AI data platform powering the "Human Layer of AI", connecting human intelligence with Web3 infrastructure to create a trustless, cross-border marketplace for AI data annotation and contribution. Backed by the Stanford Blockchain Accelerator and investors including Saudi Telecom Group and the Solana Foundation, the project had strong fundamentals. But a technically complex narrative and a crowded CoinList launch calendar created three specific challenges:

Execution included high-conversion copy for social media, announcements, and launchpad communications, plus aligned messaging across all touchpoints, X, CoinList platform, email, and community channels, to reinforce a single coherent narrative and build compounding credibility through the sale window.
Creative & Brand Execution
To match the narrative quality with visual authority, Cryptic upgraded PublicAI’s brand identity for the launch period. This included a refreshed banner and PFP designed to enhance trust and investor appeal, all token sale visuals produced for CoinList and social platforms ensuring consistency and polish across every asset a potential investor would encounter, and social media assets optimised to drive engagement and recognisability throughout the campaign.
