Urano came to Cryptic with no followers, no brand identity, and no community. Cryptic built everything from scratch, identity, content, community infrastructure, and paid growth, taking Urano from invisible to a credible RWA presence within the Arbitrum ecosystem.
Building Credibility in a Compliance-Heavy Space from Day Zero
Urano is a compliant RWA tokenization platform enabling fractional investment in real estate, commodities, SMEs, art, and other assets, built on Arbitrum. When it came to Cryptic, Urano had no public presence at all. Three challenges defined the brief.
The project had no social footprint to build from no X account, no Telegram, no audience. Everything needed to be created from scratch.
Nothing existed to communicate what Urano was or why it mattered. Logo, design language, tone of voice, and content strategy all needed to be built before any growth could begin.
The RWA audience expects regulatory seriousness, institutional-grade positioning, and long-term legitimacy signals, not typical crypto hype. Building that from day zero while also driving community volume required a simultaneous brand and growth push.

Cryptic led end-to-end brand creation, content strategy, paid growth, and community activation, building Urano's entire ecosystem presence from the ground up. Five Workstreams, One Cohesive Launch
Cryptic designed and executed across five interconnected workstreams to take Urano from invisible to a credible, high-engagement RWA player within the Arbitrum ecosystem.
Brand Identity & Mascot Launch
Starting from zero, Cryptic developed Urano's complete visual identity, logo, design language, and tone of voice, calibrated for the compliance-sensitive RWA audience. Central to this was the creation of gUrano, the brand mascot: a character designed to humanise a technically complex product and drive community interaction through recognisable, shareable imagery.
Content Strategy & Visual Execution
With the brand foundation in place, Cryptic built and executed a full content calendar covering product education, ecosystem updates, and community-facing narratives. Content was tailored to position Urano within the broader RWA and Arbitrum conversations, establishing thought leadership while maintaining the regulatory credibility the sector demands.
Community Engagement & Growth
Cryptic structured and activated Urano's Telegram community from the ground up, implementing moderation frameworks, community events, and structured engagement mechanics that drove genuine activity. The result was a community generating 17,100+ weekly messages, not a passive follower list.
Paid Ads Strategy (X Only)
Cryptic ran a targeted X Ads campaign to accelerate reach and follower acquisition with exceptional capital efficiency. The campaign delivered 1.4M+ impressions on a €724.96 ad spend, achieving a €0.08 average CPE and €0.52 CPM, far below industry benchmarks.
Telegram Moderation & Structure
Beyond growth, Cryptic put the moderation infrastructure in place to maintain community health at scale, removing bots, enforcing quality standards, and building the structural frameworks that produced a clean, active base of 28,300 members after natural cleanup from approximately 35K.
From Invisible to Category Credibility
Urano now has a scalable foundation: stronger perception, a healthier community, and a clear path for future ecosystem growth. The gUrano mascot established itself as a recognisable brand asset within the Arbitrum RWA space, while the paid ads strategy demonstrated that significant reach is achievable at minimal cost with the right targeting and creative.
